🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 small Eggplant (cubed)
  • 1 Radish (cubed)
  • Panch Phoran
  • Mustard Oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Heat oil, add Panch Phoran.

Add eggplant and radish, fry slightly.

Add chopped spinach and salt.

Cook until everything is mushy.

Drizzle raw mustard oil on top before serving.

💡 Cultural Significance

The addition of raw mustard oil (Kachchi Ghani) is the signature of Maithil cooking.
