- 10-12 Fresh Tilkor leaves
- 1 cup Rice Flour (for crispiness)
- 2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Mustard Oil for frying

Wash the Tilkor leaves gently and pat them dry.

Make a thick batter using rice flour, besan, spices, salt, and water.

Heat mustard oil in a pan.

Dip each leaf into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.

Deep fry or shallow fry until crispy and golden.
