🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g Bathua leaves
  • 1 Potato (cubed)
  • Garlic
  • Green Chilies
  • Mustard Oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Boil bathua and mash it (for Jhor) or stir fry with potatoes (Bhujia).

For Bhujia: Heat oil, add cumin/chilies.

Add potatoes, fry till half done.

Add chopped Bathua and cook till dry.

💡 Cultural Significance

Available only in winter, it is known for keeping the body warm.
