🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup Flaxseeds (Tisi/Alsi)
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 2-3 Dry Red Chilies
- Salt
- Mustard Oil

Dry roast the flaxseeds and red chilies until they pop.

Let them cool.

Grind into a fine powder along with garlic and salt.

Before serving, mix a small amount with a few drops of water and raw mustard oil.
💡 Cultural Significance
Tisi is a winter superfood in Mithila, known to keep the body warm. This chutney is a staple side for rice and daal.
