🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 cup Khoya (Mawa) or Semolina (Suji)
- 1/2 cup Sugar powder
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- Cardamom powder
- Ghee for dough and frying

Knead a stiff dough with maida and ghee.

Roast khoya/suji until golden and mix with sugar, coconut, and nuts.

Roll out small circles of dough.

Place filling in the center, fold, and seal edges (often designing with a fork or hand).

Deep fry on low heat until golden brown.
💡 Cultural Significance
Mandatory for the "Tij" festival. Women compete to make the most beautifully designed Pidakiya.
