  • 1 cup Maida (All Purpose Flour)
  • 2 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Fennel seeds (Saunf)
  • Ghee for frying

Mash bananas and mix with flour, milk, and fennel seeds to make a pouring consistency batter.

Let it rest for 15 mins.

Heat ghee in a flat pan.

Pour a ladleful of batter. Do not spread it; let it take its shape.

Fry until golden brown edges appear.

Soak in warm sugar syrup for 2 mins and serve.
