🥘 Ingredients
- 1 bunch Lal Saag (Red Amaranth)
- 2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 2 Dry Red Chilies
- Mustard Oil
- Salt

Wash and chop the saag finely.

Heat mustard oil, add garlic and red chilies.

Add chopped saag and salt.

Cover and cook on low heat until water evaporates.

Serve with rice.
💡 Cultural Significance
Rich in iron, this saag is a poor man's superfood in Mithila.
