🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Fresh Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tomato (roasted on flame)
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Mustard Oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Roast the tomato on an open flame until skin chars. Peel it.

Place coriander, chilies, garlic, and roasted tomato in a grinder (or Silbatta).

Grind to a coarse paste.

Mix in salt and a dash of raw mustard oil.
