🥘 Ingredients
- 1 bunch Fresh Coriander leaves
- 1 Tomato (roasted on flame)
- 2 Green Chilies
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Mustard Oil
👩🍳 Instructions

Roast the tomato on an open flame until skin chars. Peel it.

Place coriander, chilies, garlic, and roasted tomato in a grinder (or Silbatta).

Grind to a coarse paste.

Mix in salt and a dash of raw mustard oil.
