- 2 cups Rice Flour
- 1.5 cups Hot Water
- Filling Option 1: Chana Dal paste with spices
- Filling Option 2: Khoa/Mawa with sugar and nuts
- Salt (for dough)

Mix hot water with rice flour to make a soft dough.

Take a small ball, hollow it out, and fill with the chosen stuffing.

Seal it into an oval shape tapered at both ends.

Steam in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.

Serve warm with chutney.
