🥘 Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour)
- 1 glass Chilled Water
- Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder
- Finely of chopped Onion & Green Chili (optional)
- Lemon Juice

Take sattu in a glass.

Add 1/2 water and stir to remove lumps.

Add remaining water.

Add salt, spices, onion, and lemon juice.

Mix well and drink immediately.
💡 Cultural Significance
The ultimate coolant for the scorching summers. Farmers drink this for instant energy (`Sattu-Pani`).
