Ol (Yam) Chutney

🥘 Ingredients
- 250g Elephant Foot Yam (Ol)
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil (Raw)
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds powder
- 2-3 Green Chilies (minced)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Boil the Ol (Yam) until soft.

Peel and mash it thoroughly.

Add raw mustard oil, mustard powder, green chilies, and salt.

Add lemon juice generously (to reduce the itchiness of the yam).

Mix well. Can be stored for a few days.
💡 Cultural Significance
Ol is traditionally eaten on Diwali to ensure prosperity. It keeps the body warm during winter.
