🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup Black Gram (Kala Chana) or Yellow Peas (soaked)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Garam Masala)
- 2 cups Puffed Rice (Mudhi)
- Green Chilies

Heat oil in a cooker or pan.

Sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste.

Add soaked chana and spices. Sauté high heat.

Add water and cook until chana is tender but keeps shape.

Serve hot in a bowl, topped with raw onions, alongside a heap of Mudhi.
