🥘 Ingredients
- 10-12 Colocasia Leaves (Arbi Patta)
- 2 cups Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 tbsp Amchur powder (Mango powder)
- 2 tbsp Mustard Paste
- Mustard Oil
- Spices (Turmeric, Red Chili, Coriander)
- Salt

Wash leaves and remove stalks.

Make a thick paste of besan, amchur, spices, and water.

Layer leaves one on top of another, spreading the paste between each layer.

Roll the stack tightly and steam for 15-20 minutes.

Cool, cut into slices, and shallow fry.

Prepare a mustard-based gravy and add the fried rolls (this is the "Sabba").
💡 Cultural Significance
A delicacy in Mithila, often made when Arbi leaves are lush green during monsoons. It serves as a mock-meat dish.
